Seems this site now associates with 'games' a term work web filters block, which is a shame! Guess that means I'll have less chance to update during lunch hours etc. That said, I'm working on a major updated Khazalid Lexicon alongside 2 like minded Dwarf enthusiasts 'Skull Crusher' and 'Dourin'. It's taking an age to sort it all out though! What I like ahout it best is we're adding unofficial words based on the original fluff. This means we'll have terms for occupations such as 'Weaponsmith' (at least until GW release an official fluff version). Should be a great RPG resource for anyone running a Dwarf related/themed campaign or just those players that love the beardy blighters as much as we do!

Cheers!

Just added some original fluff about Karaz-A-Karak, or Everpeak, if you prefer. Eventually I'll add all the Holds and expand upon the outlines if possible.

I've made a start on the Religion section, anyone who's a Dwarf fan will know all this stuff as it's oft repeated, but can't hurt to have it all under one roof here!

So far, the 3 pricnciple Warhammer Ancestor Gods have been added, Grungni, Valaya and Grimnir. Now, there's a complex incestuous relationship...

Hey all,
I've been busy today creating a visual resource for those that want help deciding on which colour schemes they want for their Throngs. Under Fluff/Resources/Dwarf Holds/Dwarf Hold Colours

I'll be adding to this various other Hold colours that I know of, including some Lost Holds for those that like to play a pre-Woes Throng.

I hope you all like what I've done, and I'll keep chipping away at the fluff resources. Maybe I'll give myself some time to paint, one day! ;) Cheers!

Darkblade told me this may get addictive, and he was right! Spent far too long today just tweaking the header image until it looked better (to my amateur eyes, at least!) Picked out the shield in Barak Varr's colours, Light Blue and Off-white ftw!

Reet, I've made a load of updates to the nav bar, which you'll probably notice. I'll use these for final post stuff. This page will remain for blog updates, which will be works in progress from now on (and now that I know there's only one blog type page!)

So, almost 2 years ago I got dragged back into the hobby by my cousin. Dwarfs have always been a favourite army of mine, so it was an easy choice - until I saw the lack lustre plastics of the current range. So, I hopped onto ebay and bought back much of what I had binned as a kid. Expensive. much?

The little pic above was the size of my Throng after a few months' of purchases. It's now about 3 times that size but barely any is painted :/ It's 90% OOP Marauder and Citadel miniatures from the '90s. By far and away the best era imo. Right, off to lunch but will try to update with some painted pics and WIPs soonish :) TTFN!
